HICO Flex Brass plumbing products, founded in 1962 by Harold Isaacs, was started to serve customers including plumbing supply houses and heating wholesalers in the Chicagoland area. Harold was not only the founder of Hico but our #1 salesman for 45 years. His dedication developed relationships all throughout the plumbing industry as one it's pioneers.
HICO has gone through a complete overhaul in 2011, we our under all new management. We have not only added 90% of our entire HICO catalog back from 2006 but we have added over 10,000 new SKUs to our product mix as well. Our automated phones, computers and (JIT) management system has helped us expand our product offering including our new GREAT DANE structural foam ejector basin, approved for the Chicago city limits. Also, a new line of recessed roll-top basins, 3 1/2 "Chicago" test plugs and our #1 selling blue sump check valves. We have in addition added top brand names to our product categories with improved quality across our entire line. HICO has gone to great lengths to improve quality by partnering with new vendors. One promise we can assure our customers is that you will no longer see products from unknown overseas suppliers with inferior quality in our product mix. Our goal is to find the highest quality products and offer them to our wholesale customers at extremely aggressive price points. We have the ability to source over 15,000 SKUs within 24-48 hours and delivery rates of 96% without sacrificing our quality or pricing. We offer a 7 year guarantee on our valves and 1/4 turn angle stops.
Our main goal is to redirect our focus and return to carrying out business the way that Harold Isaacs had envisioned.
